When you make a purchase in our online store, you will receive an email confirmation and we will then send you the tracking number to track your package to its destination. All our jewelry is carefully packed in the distinctive Flora Maria bag. The necklaces also include a Flora Maria box and will be sent inside a parcel box.

Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods:

Shipments within the metropolitan area of ​​Guadalajara are made by ivoy express courier in 1-2 business days.

International Shipping Costs and Methods:

Any shipment abroad will have a cost based on the geographic area that includes the DHL parcel service plus the Export process.

There is a possibility that in some countries certain special documentation may be necessary, in addition to an extra payment for a tariff different from the Export process due to not having a Free Trade Agreement between Mexico and the destination country.

At Flora María® we have the Exporter Registry from the SAT, which allows all international shipments to include the Customs Order so that the pieces can leave customs in Mexico. Any other tax in the destination country is the responsibility and obligation of the buyer.

Delivery and Responsibility:

The courier company will deliver the package to the address provided by the customer. (It is important that all data is correct and complete (Street, Exterior Number, Interior Number, Neighborhood, Postal Code, Alcadia, City, State and any particular address or street crossing).

In case of absence, anyone can receive the package, but Flora María is not responsible if the recipient is not the buyer.

If the customer is not available for the first delivery, a second attempt will be made. If there is still no availability, the package will be taken to a collection center. The customer will be contacted to collect the product; otherwise, the package will be returned to our facilities, and shipping will have to be paid again.
