These Legal Bases regulate the relationship for participation by Facebook and Instagram followers of Flora María in the contest, to be carried out under the following clauses:


How to Participate and Deadlines.

Participants must follow Flora María’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as the “Casa Flora María” account.

Anyone can participate in the event from Saturday, June 12 to Saturday, June 26 , inclusive. Share a photo of your best piece of Flora María amber on your social media profile and tag the Flora María brand on Instagram and Facebook. The photo must meet the following criteria: creativity, aesthetics and quality.

On June 26, an album with all the participating photos will be published on Facebook. The winning photo will be chosen based on the level of popularity through direct likes on the post. Photos that do not meet minimum standards of good manners or openly infringe the law will be disqualified from the competition (See point 3.2).

The winner will be announced on July 3rd on Live with Flora María.


  1. Prize

The dynamic will have a winner and the prize will be “Entry to the workshop and lodging at Casa Flora María in San Cristóbal de las Casas” the prize has a value of approximately $13,000 MXN.

The deadline to participate will be Saturday, July 3 at 4:00 pm.

The winner will be announced on Saturday, July 3rd at 5:00 pm live with Flora María


  1. Participants.

The prize awarded highlights that it does not include payment for travel expenses and that entry is exclusively for one person; the winner may be accompanied. Flora María is not responsible for the entry, lodging and travel expenses of the winner's guest.


3.1. Participation requirements:

Anyone over 18 years of age on the effective date of their participation who, during the period of the event, share their photo on the aforementioned social networks, having complied with the requirements established in these rules, may participate in the contest.

Participants hereby state that they authorize the use of said photographs by Flora María and assign the right to exploit the image associated with the contest.


3.2. Exclusions:

Likes from outside Mexico, accounts of brands, companies, celebrities and purchased products are not allowed. If any of these anomalies are present, the contestant will be disqualified.


The following may not participate in this event: a) Direct employees of Flora María. b) Collaborators. c) Staff of the advertising agency in charge of promoting the event. d) Staff of the promotion agency (including its promoters) in charge of launching the event.


  1. Raffle and Winners.

The winner will be announced on July 3, 2021 at 8:00 p.m.

The dynamic is carried out by selecting a photograph with the highest level of popularity through likes. Participation is subject to the winner confirming receipt within 72 hours. Otherwise, the prize will be drawn again.


  1. Knowledge of the basics

Participation in this activity implies full knowledge and acceptance by the participant of these rules and any modifications that Flora María deems appropriate.


  1. Advertising bases.

  1. Obligation of the winners

The winner of this competition expressly agrees to facilitate public dissemination of the award and authorizes Flora María to carry out the relevant publicity regarding the delivery and use of the award, without compensation beyond the prize obtained.
