These Legal Bases regulate the relationship for participation by Facebook and Instagram followers of Flora María in the contest, to be carried out under the following clauses:


How to Participate and Deadlines.

Participants must write a “Calaverita” in the comments of the post published on the Instagram social network, with a maximum of five lines . Inside the skull, the contestants will have to relate the text by tagging two friends who have a similar taste to the “Flora María” brand. The two people mentioned must also follow the Flora María Instagram account.

Anyone can participate in the activity from Wednesday, October 20 to Wednesday, November 2. Each stanza must meet the following criteria: creativity, good spelling, and both people tagged.

The winning skull will be chosen based on the level of popularity through likes. Skulls that do not meet minimum standards of good manners or openly break the law will be disqualified from the contest (Read point 3.2).

The winner will be announced on November 3rd.

  1. Prize

The dynamic will have a winner and the prize will be the “Pre-Hispanic Flower Dragonfly Face” necklace, the prize has a value of $3,989.00 MXN.


The winner will be announced on Wednesday, November 3rd via a post.


  1. Participants.

The award given highlights that it does not include earrings, bracelets or rings.


3.1. Participation requirements:

Anyone over 18 years of age residing in Mexico on the effective date of their participation who, during the period of the event, share their skull on the Instagram social network, having complied with the requirements established in these rules, may participate in the contest.


3.2. Exclusions:

Likes from outside Mexico, accounts of brands, companies, celebrities and purchased products are not allowed. If any of these anomalies are present, the contestant will be disqualified.


The following may not participate in this event: a) Staff from the advertising agency responsible for promoting the event. b) Staff from the promotion agency (including its promoters) responsible for launching the event.


  1. Raffle and Winners.

The winner will be announced on November 3, 2021 at 8:00 p.m.

The dynamic is carried out by selecting a skull with the highest level of popularity through likes. Participation is subject to the winner confirming receipt within 72 hours. Otherwise, the prize will be drawn again.

Participation in this activity implies full knowledge and acceptance by the participant of these rules and any modifications that Flora María deems appropriate.

  1. Obligation of the winners

The winner of this competition expressly agrees to facilitate public dissemination of the award and authorizes Flora María to carry out the relevant publicity regarding the delivery and use of the award, without compensation beyond the prize obtained.
